Ladies and gentlemen,

It's truly an honor to invite us all to Toronto, Canada.

We are here again gathered to celebrate our reunion and share many precious memories we've created together. Time has flown by since our last reunion.
It’s hard to believe that it’s been 7 years since we last met in Abuja and 11 years since Atlanta! Femi, Akin and myself are eagerly looking forward to welcoming you all to Ontario, the biggest province in Canada.

We cannot wait to show you around some of our world acclaimed attractions such as The Niagara Falls, which will include a Boat ride on the Niagara, Eaton Centre, CN Tower, The Yorkdale Centre, to name a few.

We have also included provisions for sightseeing in and around Toronto!
Guess what!? There is Amala night in one of the greatest Nigerian Restaurants in Toronto!
There’s a provision for a day of academic session when we have a number of speakers to share their presentations with us.

I would like to also share with you that the theme for this meeting is: “Against Cancer”. To this end, we have made provision for two keynote speakers, Dr Sakir Abdukadir and Dr Taofeek Owonikoko to speak on Prostate and Medical Oncology, respectively.

My cherished moment of all is when we sit together and reminisce about our shared experiences at Great Ife! I can’t wait! I’m sure the same applies to us all.
As we reminisce about our shared experiences, let's not forget to honor those who couldn't be here with us today, but whose presence is still felt in our hearts. Their memory lives on in our shared stories and in the indelible marks they left on our lives.
