After baggage collection, proceed to ground level Door R. Exit Door R and the hotel shuttle waiting area is in post S1 The shuttle to the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center runs every 30 mins, at 15 and 45 mins past the hour.

From Terminal 3:

 

After baggage collection, exit at arrivals level and proceed to post P41 for the complementary hotel shuttle. It runs every 30 minutes, 24/7

 

From Billy Bishop Airport

Uber services to 801 Dixon Road, Toronto M9W 1J5

Billy Bishop Airport Shuttle to Union Station. [10 mins] From Union Station, take the UP airport express to Pearson Airport Terminal 1 [25 mins] [$12.35]. Follow the signs to Ground level, Arrivals, Post S1 to take the complementary hotel shuttle.

 

Roundtrip transportation to events is provided from the hotel and is included in the registration.
